I’m still looking for Lo’Jo fils de Zamal and Jo don’t approve which I heard back in college during a dance performance but yet, I have never gotten them.
Gazpacho
My original gazpacho recipe that is the basis of all my gazpacho…
8 lg. tomatoes – quartered
2 lg. cucumbers – peeled and seeded
2 lg. green peppers – seeded
2 med. onions
1 or 2 cloves of garlic
puree all in a food processor
Add: 1 cup olive oil and 1 cup red wine vinegar
Garnishes: croutons, chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, diced green peppers
Memphis Ribs
I have always wanted to go to Memphis to see all that is Elvis and eat some ribs. I found an old note of rib joints that I wanted to try. This was 2004 so I don’t know if these places are still around. And here they are in no particular order…
